Christmas 2013

Christmas Greetings to Family and Friends,

Hahn Family

As we have been reflecting on holidays past, we can’t help but be truly amazed at how change is inevitable. Looking at our previous holiday letters, we are chuckling not just at how young the boys look (let alone their mom and dad), but at things that seemed important to them at the time.  Interests such as comic books, building forts and playing Legos, now are replaced by acceptance into college, varsity athletics and creating football playbooks (our 10 year old aspires to be like his grandfather).   But the important things – our marriage, parenting, being part of loving families, and participating in our church – are what remain constant.   We are thankful for all that we have!

Gratitude……….

  • We are happily celebrating 20 years of marriage this month.
  • Stephanie publishing her book after 5 years of work, “A Woman’s Guide to Pelvic Health”, with co-author, Elizabeth Houser, M.D.
  • Regan, now 18, focusing his sights on Fayetteville, Arkansas as a Razorback in the fall of 2014.
  • Riley, soon to be 16, enjoying the high school experience.
  • Griffin, now 10 and in the 5th grade, loving his new dog Tyson.
  • Riley and Griffin spending 6 weeks with Stephanie’s parents at their cabin in the mountains of WY – enjoying fishing, hiking and stories around the campfire.
  • The boys’ participating in extracurricular activities and athletics.
  • Michael’s involvement with our church’s music ministry.

We are also grateful for your lasting friendships, love and support.  Wishing you a peace-filled Christmas celebration and a happy and healthy year ahead.   If you ever find yourself heading towards Austin, TX, please let us know.  It would be great to see you!

With love,

Michael and Stephanie Hahn
