Christmas 2016

HahnxmasCard2016

For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace – Isaiah 9:6

We hope that this letter finds you well and enjoying a peace-filled celebration this season.  It is with gratitude that we have time as a family together to reflect on the many blessings in our lives!

arenting, by Michael.  Stephanie and I are blessed to be parents of three great young men.  Regan, Riley and Griffin are energetic, loving and kind, each with their own interests and personalities.  They are good natured and continue to strive to improve themselves each day.   It is a gift to celebrate meals together or hike in the nearby greenbelt.

e_108mployment, by Stephanie.   It has been an exciting year, as I have started my own wellness company, focused on Pilates and Physical Therapy with an emphasis on Women’s Health.  Michael continues to be involved with acquisitions at IBM and loves it.  All 3 boys have great work ethic;  Regan and Riley spent their summer working at a nearby ranch, and Griffin and 2 friends started their own lawn care business called ‘The Multi-Taskers’, complete with business cards.

a_108ctivities, by Griffin.   I enjoy hanging out with my neighborhood friends and classmates.  I spent a week in Florida with my family and built sand castles with my Grandpa Ambrose and boogie boarded with my cousins.   I have tried roller skating (I was pretty bad) and “I Fly”, which is like skydiving (although it’s not like the real thing, which Riley did on his 18th birthday).   I also love playing football, basketball and running track for my school.

c_108ollege, by Riley.  I started my freshman year at Sam Houston State University and love it.  I am currently studying Agricultural Business as well as joined a fraternity and have made a lot of great friends.   This coming spring, Regan will transfer from University of Arkansas to Sam Houston as he is pursuing a degree in  Supply Chain Management and being close to Houston will be great for Internships.  I am looking forward to the upcoming years in Huntsville with my brother.

e_108xperiences, by Regan.  Riley and I had an awesome time this summer taking our very first cross country road trip (without our parents) to Colorado and Wyoming.   We arrived at our family cabin where we spent a week in the mountains of Wyoming.   Hiking and fishing during the day and spending our evenings with Chief and Grandma telling fish stories around the camp fire made for a memorable vacation.   We can’t wait to have all the Hahn brothers take a road trip to the mountains.

Our website has been updated with photos from the Hahn adventures during 2016.    Feel free to browse some of our favorites.

If you find yourself traveling to Austin this coming year, please let us know.  We hope to connect with many of you in 2017.  Our prayers and best wishes are sent to each of you as you celebrate God’s many blessings in your own lives.

Michael and Stephanie
